Reports to: Fleet Commander and Deputy Fleet Commander
Responsibilities

• Oversees the production, editing, and distribution of the quadrant newsletter, Starfleet Communications

• Responds to communications

• Votes on Board business matters

• Files a monthly report to the Fleet Commander on department status

• Maintains the appropriate files for quadrant newsletters

• Works with the CPA to maintain the main quadrant website (www.sfcq1.com) and other web-related services for the quadrant

• Maintains the email database for the mass distribution mailing system

• Manages domain name and all sfcq1.com email accounts

• Oversees the staff under their command
