The Fleet Commander is designated as the chief executive officer in Quadrant One and chairs the Admiralty Board. The Fleet Commander is the only Admiralty Board member allowed to make
executive privilege decisions affecting quadrant operations, policies, and disbursements of fleet funds.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the Board to ensure the security and longevity of the organization 

• Jointly administers the quadrant treasury with the Chief of Financial Management

• Chairs meetings of the Board

• Reviews reports from the Admiralty Board

• Votes on Board business matters
